looking for plugins

CVS plugin is inbuilt into IDEA, you don't have to install anything else.

Also tomcat plugin is distributed with IDEA too. look at
$IDEA_HOME/tomcat_plugin, though its a proper plugin.

CVS is integrated directly into IDEA. It's not a plugin. In your Project
Properties, go to VCS Support and choose CVS from the dropdown. You will
then get a CVS side-panel and a CVS sub-menu in the Tools menu and in
various context menus on files and in the editor.

Actually, it will be in $IDEA_HOME/plugins/tomcatIntegration.
