OpenAPI and deprecated methods
A lot of methods get deprecated as the OpenAPI evolves and that's probably
for the better.
Now, wouldn't it be infinitely valuable to get a nice little "use this other
method() instead" message along with the @deprecated tag? I'm sure it would
help people transition from one version to the other with a lot less guess
work involved :)

More ever, some classes sould be depricated but stil in Open API. See com.intellij.openapi.vcs
package.
VcsCapabilities is no longer used, i suppose.
