How to determine users web browser?
Is there a way, from with the OpenAPI to find out what the users current web
browser is set to? More generally, is there a way to access the IDE settings
through the OpenAPI?
Any suggestions appreciated! Thanks,
Vil.

Unfortunately not (at least for this particular setting). Possible solution
(rather a hack) would be manual parsing of the corresponding xml file from
config/options directory (see PathManager class to obtain it).
