Compiler output paths listener ?

This API will be anyway changed in Aurora.

Compiler output paths are provided by ProjectRootManager class, but
ProjectRootListener objects are only notified when project roots changed
(sources, javadoc, classpaths, ...). I haven't found anything else related
to this.
