Not currently. The built-in config dialogs are not open. The best they offer is adding in new config panels.

Yes that is what I mean. I would like to replace the document used by extending the existing one so that I get the stack trace highlight with jump to code stuff, but I'd like to add colorization to the statements based on some string in the line. We have a logging facility that puts in
in the messages and I'd like to color these lines in different
colors in the Run/Debug windows.
