Latest EAP 15 Linux - Menu dysfunctional after editing Preferences once

On the latest ideaIU-142.xxx Linux builds the menu stops working (menu items do not drop down when clicking) after opening and closing the Preferences dialog via menu once.

This is on Ubuntu 15.04, JDK 1.8u60.

Anybody else seeing this?

Thanks and Regards,
Peter

The issue I created is duplicated by https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-141725 which was created on June 21 - no progress so far. My Linux EAP 15 testing activities are stalled for months now - because without a working menu any desktop application is pretty much useless. It is disturbing that the issue is not addressed.

You can uninstall jayatanaag package and it will work fine again: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-141725#comment=27-1051891 .

Thanks for the hint. I disabled jayatanaag (in the config file) rather than uninstalling it because I have other Swing applications which use it. I manually enabled the global menu for all other apps via their respective vmoptions. Very inconvenient - this should definitely be fixed for the final release.

Thanks and Regards,
Peter
