    Is there any plan to custom the background color the navigation bar and tool bar ?

Colors of the UI elements are controlled by the Look&Feel, you can't customize it right now.

Is there any plan to make this customizable? I hope that all of the background colors are the same as the editor does

Godd idea !
Just a little question : where is the color scheme file of Darcula ? I can't find it, neither in the .idea folder (but it's normal because it's bundled) no in the idea community repository. So, where is it ?
