EAP patch upgrade to 141.104 - problems on windows

The 'Update and Restart' did not restart, but that is mentioned by someone else on the blog.

Also, I then manually restarted the IDE and some upgrading was done
but I have been looking at a 'Cleaning up...' for several minutes.
I clicked cancel and the window reappeared with the 'cancel'
button disabled. I click the close window button and
am asked '..are you sure you want to abort..'.
Click yes and I'm back to the cancel
Okay, ctrl  alt delete (remember those days)
and find a java.exe process and kill that.
Now the IDE opens (cleaned up or not),
and seems to be upgraded.

This may be related to background plugins download. I've seen the same issue after patch upgrade followed by updating plugins.
