Is TWiki now depricated?

Last time I looked at their confluence setup I wasn't able to add/edit any
pages, so not a Twiki replacement just yet, unless it's just my account

Our confluence (www.jetbrains.net) is not a public Wiki but rather an
EAP/info web site which we will eventually be using instead of intellij.net.
The old TWiki (www.intellij.org) is supported by the community so it can be
dead only if you make it such.

I assume this information is out of date since http://www.intellij.org now just redirects to hthttp://www.jetbrains.com/devnet, so the twiki appears to be inaccessible.  Is the content still available?
