ideaIU-122.746 Flex Compiler regression?
"Make" always does a complete rebuild of my Flex project without source code having changed. This is a regression bug that had been introduced by the new project configuration dialog (Make/Rebuild project).
I keep installing the latest EAP12 but usually after 5 minutes I give up because some basic functionality is broken. The new regression bug makes me too unproductive to give it a serious test. Back to 11.1.4.

Latest EAP has 'Use external build' enabled by default at Settings | Compiler - so you have faced the problem with the new compiler mode. Just uncheck the option to get things work as before.
But can I ask you a question about new mode: are you sure that ALL buils configurations are compiled if you invoke Make twice in a row? And again all build configurations if you press Make 3rd time? I know a bug when A depends on B and first time you get both compiled, second time - only A, third time - none. Is this your case?
1.) I am aware of the fix for 'Use external build' enabled by default at Settings | Compiler' in the latest build.
2.) I compile only one build configuration at one time (all others have 'Skip compilation' checked). CMD-F9 does a complete rebuild all the time.

Ok, what other bugs make you revert to 11.1.4?
