How Often Are Pull Requests Reviewed?
I made an enhancement to the proxy settings in IDEA Community:

How often are pull requests reviewed and how likely is it that I might see my change in an EAP sometime soon?
Its only been a week so I'm just asking atm; I'm not complaining yet!
If there was a quick turn around, I'd be tempted to fix other small issues that have been outstanding for a long time and mildly annoy me.
However, if it is quite a lot of effort to make sure that what I submit isn't a pile of crap :) and it takes a long time to review and test, then I might not bother and just keep my fingers crossed that it gets fixed internally anyway :)

Have you submitted the contributor agreement? That's the only thing preventing the pull request from being merged at the moment.

Is it OK to email a pdf?
Yes, please e-mail it to contribute@jetbrains.com. Also we're working on setting up a better solution for electronic signing of CLAs.
