IDEA - CTRL+N horizontal scrollbar

While searching for classes with long package/location horizontal scrollbar is not properly displayed please see image attached below, this issue exists for years.

Indeed quite annoying. I'm only seeing it if I have detached editors though - never noticed it before that feature became available.
