JPA Metamodel generator erases everything

Hello,

I found it useful to generate the metamodel into my normal source folder. But IntelliJ erased everything below that folder.

Well, at least it is clean now.

I lost a little bit of work but I am still happy. Imagine I have typed /home/myname/ as target.

May be you should consider to warn the user and in addition to configure what should be erased like *_.java for example in the case of JPA.
