'Invalidate Caches...' is not available while IDEA is updating indexes intellij

Hi, @Sandipmoktan619 I have checked the code and tested this feature when the IDE is updating indexes, this “Invalidate Caches” menu/action should always be enabled.

What's your IDEA version?
