Can we have ReSharper counterpart to Eclipse?
We are forced to use Eclipse in many situations even though we like to use IntelliJ.
Jetbrains offers ReSharper which makes Microsoft Visual Studio a much better IDE. Like the same, will Jetbrains offer a plugin for Eclipse to make it much better IDE?
(Eclipse - IntelliJ project convertion is possible, biut that is not a solution in all circumstances)

It's extremely unlikely to happen.
You can use IntelliJ IDEA with Eclipse projects, use Eclipse compiler, Eclipse code style schemes, etc.
Teams with mixed IDEs exist and do not have any major problems.
