jetbrains, please fix the "randomly reparse sources on restart"-problem

Hello HamsterofDeath,

i'm still experiencing this error and don't know what i could do to
fix it. the log keeps telling me that some version has changed, but
that doesn't help logging the reason for the version change would.

Does this happen after you install a plugin or a new build of IntelliJ?

yes, but not always, and it also happens randomly when i simply open idea (but never during one session)
