Where did the Build/Build JAR menu go?

You can create a JAR by using artifacts. Open Project Structure dialog, select "Artifacts" item and press "+" button to create a new artifact.

Seems this is gone from my version 90.122.

How can I create a JAR from a java module, without using an ant build file ?
