Can't report exceptions for IDEA 8.1.* any more

Hello Tom,

I'm getting the message that there is a new 10*** build available. If
I understand it correctly, this is the Maia build (8.2.* or 9.0.*)
which I don't want to use at this early stage. How to report
exceptions (aka bugs) in the latest release version?

8.1.3 EAP will use a separate file for checking updates, so you'll be able
to submit exceptions from it.
