How do I stop "New Module" from creating "src" folder by default?

In prior builds of IDEA 13, I was given the option to not create src folder when creating a new module.

This appears to have disappeared from one of the latest builds.

Is there a preference to disable this?  Our file structure doesn't use a "src" folder at the module head.
