9712 & Flex, much improved performance, but a couple slow spots still

The 9712 Flex performance is much improved, great job!

There are a couple slow downs that seem to persist.  I see that http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEADEV-34140 was resolved, I am still seeing a very sluggish/hanging IDE switching to view an AS file with more than 250 lines or so.

The same applies to switching to an .mxml file.

I took a couple snapshots and attached them, maybe they are related, maybe not.
