Top or bottom of file?

This may be a stupid question.  But how does one go to the bottom or top of a file on OS X via keyboard?  I search in the keyboard map but all I could find is going to the top or bottom of a page?

I had a colleague show me.  On new mac laptops there is no longer a page up/down keys.  To get to the top or bottom of file use:  fn + cmd + left arrow  or fn + cmd + right arrow

Hello, I'm from the future... ;)

I had the exact same question, but in PyCharm 5.0.5 Cmd-PgUp/Down has no effect :(  How can I get to the first/last line of the file via keyboard?
