7.0.4 cannot checkout from subversion
idea 7.0.4 can not checkout from svn with https,
it's report error:
cannot checkout from svn:svn:Options OF '/':403 Forbidden(https://svn.ubeeda.dev)

when i use ie to visit svn ,https://svn.ubeeda.dev/ can not visit,but https://svn.ubeeda.dev/trunk/web can,
and when i use eclipse to checkout from this url,it can work very well
