#8890: Class reformat does not remove unused imports anymore?

Hello Alex,

May be I missed some new options somewhere but idea does not seem to
remove unused imports on reformat any more. I do not like auto
opimizations because it changes file as soon as you open it and I do
not want that so reformat was a perfect time for it. I hope we can get
it back somehow.

There's a checkbox "Optimize imports" in the Reformat Code dialog. Perhaps
it got unchecked for some reason.

We didn't make any changes in this area.
