Inspection message doesn't show in Settings search

I keep getting these pop-ups that get in the way of me clicking or seeing text, and apparently the only way to stop them is to search for their message in Settings (no way to copy them or click into them for some reason), but many of them aren't showing in search results even though I can usually find them if I try to hunt them down.

Here's just one example:

I've run into maybe a dozen but I didn't write them all down. I did notice on this one that it found it after I disabled it; not useful!

Also other ones have dynamically-populated words so it's sometimes impossible to search for them specifically enough and there's dozens or hundreds of results to surf through.

If I could just turn off the pop-ups without disabling inspections or validations, and have some place out of the way I could see or click to view these messages, that would solve all problems with these pop-ups and save me a lot of time and irritation.

Hello,

  •  the only way to stop them is to search for their message in Settings (no way to copy them or click into them for some reason), but many of them aren't showing in search results even though I can usually find them if I try to hunt them down.

You can always press Alt+Enter and in the Intention menu select the inspection, press the Right arrow to expand the list and disable the inspection or edit its settings right away without any manual searching.

How do I bring the red squiggly underline back? I don't know why it disappeared, and there's no red line or dot on the right side (like Eclipse) that shows a problem on a line.

Where is Code > Inspect code?
