8823 : unable to change global code style anymore

Hello Thibaut,

I can't change anymore the code style, modifying the dialog works
fine, but when closing it, and reopening changes are lost.

Am I doing something wrong ?

Can it be this issue: http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-19080 ?
For me tabs and indent settings are also forgotten, but not e.g. code generation
or alignment settings.

yes it seems very similar (i also noticed that the settign seems to be kept when setting/unsetting "use for all file types").
