Bookmarks tool window

Is there a way to browse code bookmarks in similar UI as browsing
TODOs?

No. It was requested a long time ago, but unfortunately the bookmarks functionality
is pretty much low priority for us now.

Well, the current bookmarks are a bit limited.

However, if I could add some actual text to a bookmark, things would get much more interesting.
