If a bug existed in 7.0 and is still in 8.0 M1
should the old ticket be:
A) Updated with the 8.0 M1 build number or
B) Clone the old ticket and file as a new ticket against the Diana build

I think it's enough to add a comment about that to existent issue.

May be done, but not necessary.
