JSR 168 Portlets

Is there any plan to implement any part of this?

How about just the low hanging fruit? Something along the lines of being able to specify the portlet.xml and having IntelliJ make it for you and knowing some of the rudimentary values in there? Deployment to the Glassfish portlet container may be pretty easy also.
