There is an action Main Menu|Go to|Action: where you may type a part of a
name of an action, e.g. switch keymap, and the action will be found

Is there an easy way to quick-switch the keymap.

If Im pairing with a developer that is used to Eclipse, for example,
we would like a quick way to switch the keymaps - is this
functionality available now (or does anyone know of a plugin to do
this)?
