Nope. It is broken. e.g. take a look at the MPS forum (there are others with such problems as well). (a user reported already the problem with MPS but nothing changed)

The people who can fix the problems do not read all the forums where the users might happen to complain. If a problem is noticed, it should be reported to webmaster@jetbrains.com stating the exact forum for which synchronization doesn't work.
