properties unicode case format

One thing which makes me worry actually is that is seem that different
ides use different cases for the unicode string.
For example some eclipse plugins uses upper case for the unicode
string
while IDEA uses lower case.
This means that a lot of lines are shows as difference in the checkin
log here.

Would it be possible to have an option which allows us to configure if
upper or lower case should be used for the unicode string?

Would be really great!
