I certainly hope that http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-17084 and http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-17233 will be fixed in 7.0.3. These are both regressions from 7.0.2, and there's nothing more annoying that faulty inspections. Every faulty inspections reduces the value of all inspections (and the value of features like "perform code analysis for affected files" in the commit dialog).
It worked fine for IDEA 5.1 but has been broken in 7 for quite a while. I have to toggle between the file view and class structure to get the view to be refreshed properly.
Hopefully not before http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-17217 gets fixed...

I am still hoping for the Class Structure viewer for non public inner classes to be fixed:
