Shelve Changes with ClearCase

Hello Dave,

For some reason both the Shelve Changes and Create Patch menu items
are permanently disabled.

I am using clearcase and have tried with both Checked out and hijacked
files.

Is this functionality disabled for ClearCase on purpose? If so why can
i still apply a patch? (Menu item is available at least)

No, it's not disabled on purpose, but it's currently not available when ClearCase
is in offline mode.
