How can I change the version of Subversion to check out?

I've just checked a project, IDEA asked me to select version of Subversion to check out and I selected version 1.3. After checking out that project, I checked out another project and even I checked out the first project again, IDEA didn't ask me to select version of Subversion any more.

How can I change the version of Subversion to check out?
