Configuring file encoding individually: Feedback wanted
We are in the process of implementing the feature of configuring encoding on
per file basis.
The only problem is this: where do you prefer to store the file ensoding
information?

IML file I would guess.
If one moves or renames the file, will the encoding information follow?
Per FileType, and FileType per Module/Project/Global.
