Lost Subversion Credentials

I use a private key file and a non-standard port when connecting to Subversion
through svn+ssh. Beginning with 6951, seems to forget this information between
each restart, even though I check the "Save Credentials" box. I tried deleting
the system\plugins directory to force it to rebuild, but 2 restarts later,
it still forgot. Anyone else experiencing this?
