Option to set environment variables in a run configuration

I had to debug an application that required an environment variable to be set. I didn't realize that it wasn't possible in IntelliJ. I had to launch Eclipse (Eeek!!!) since it can do that to debug it. Please add this feature for next EAP version !!

By the way there's already a jira http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEADEV-11142 with 14 voters, so i really think people are interested in this feature :)
