Generating toString()

Attached is a version of the GenerateToString plugin fixed for Selana.
This jar will not work on previous versions of IntelliJ IDEA. I have
mailed the necessary modifications to Clause Ibsen, the plugin author.
Hopefully he will release an official version in the near future.
