Selena : reporting exceptions

DUring the previous EAPs it was not necessary to have a ITN login to report an exception.
I tried to do it today with the latest Selena build, but couldn't do it.

Is it now required to login in ITN ? or should I look elsewhere (office proxy or whatever) ?

Right now we have some server-side problems with the exception reporting.
The login to ITN is not, and will not be required.
