6708 just blowing up for no reason

Hello Rayz,

Hi there. Every so often, while running 6708, it just blows up for no
reason. No exception or error from Windows, it just vanishes from
screen and memory. Has anyone else seen this?

Do you have any HotSpot error logs in the idea\bin directory?

Yes, same here.
I created a Jira entry, but they closed the entry and simply refered to
the Sun bug tracker... :(

Here's something I tried that seems to have helped with some of the stability problems. Try removing the ClearCase plugin.

This is a well-known JDK issue which is fixed in JDK 6.
