Can't assign requested address issue

When I debug with app code always show me the error "Can't assign requested address issue"

 

This is my App code info 

AppCode 2016.1.2
JRE: 1.8.0_76-release-b162 x86_64
JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o

Could you please try using the latest AppCode 2016.2 EAP? Does the problem occur there? If it doesn't help please enable debug logging by entering 

#com.jetbrains.cidr.execution.debugger 

into Help | Configure Debug Log Settings, restart the IDE, reproduce the problem and send us idea.log (Help | Show Log in Finder) to appcode-support at jetbrains.com. Do not forget to disable debug logging after that.
