HTML Toolbar?
Hi,
Is there an HTML toolbar that offers basic and custom inserts for HTML?
Such as, I hightlight some text and click the bold button and it wraps the text in strong tags ?

No, there is no such toolbar. You can use "Surround with tag" action in the Surround With menu to surround the selected text with any tag you like.

No -- but you can use "Code | Surround with ... | Surround with <tag></tag> in HTML/JSP" for such simple cases.
You can check plugins (Settings | Plugins | Browse repositories...) -- maybe there is custom plugin already made that has such toolbar/functionality.
