Window placement

Hi,

     I am running Ubuntu 12.04 with a nvidia card and dual monitor setup. I have a problem with the IDE window placement.
     When RubyMine is placed on the attached monitor and I open any popup (navigat to file for example) it will open on the laptops screen insteed of centering on the current applications screen.

     I did not have this issue prior to ubuntu 12.04, so I suppose is there issue but I have no ideea where to start asking.
