You can set up an external tool for that (Settings | External Tools).
I've tried doing that, but it only seems to launch the Cygwin terminal as a separate process in a different window. Not embbeded like the native dos command prompt. Or are there more steps involved ?
Ah it turns out just pointing to cygwin.bat does the trick.
