How should Rename work in SVN Commit Changes dialog?
In the SVN commit changes dialog, when I rename a file from this.xml to that.xml the commit dialog shows both names in green. After I do a successful commit then go back to the commit dialog, it now shows the old file grayed out available for a commit. Is this how it is supposed to work?
I expected the first commit to show the original filename in gray and the new filename in green and to be able to submit it with one commit.

This is on 5181 and the rename was using Refactor > Rename
JetBrains can help reduce the burden of JIRA issue explosion with a little more dialog. I can go ahead and submit a bug but I didn't want to throw yet another JIRA issue into the database if not necessary.
Hello Jon,
This is a bug for sure. Does it happen all the time or only accidentially?

Hey, you didn't even give me a chance to write up an issue!
I'm not complaining...I'm bragging on you.
Thanks,
Jon
