Move .java file across modules

Hello Nat,

That's the same old plain move refactoring. Just uncheck "preserve source
folder" option and leave package name intact.

When can I move .java files across modules? I can move resource files
but not .java files.

Actually in Demetra we have inverted the option to a more meaningful "move to another source root"
