Subversion ignore becomes disabled as I mouse over it
I am trying to svn:ignore a file. I right click the file and go to the Subversion submenu; even though I see "Ignore" available, as soon as I mouse over it the item becomes disabled. How do I svn ignore a file?

Items that are already under version control, or items under not versioned directories can not be ignored.
