Nope, I'm affraid. Bookmarks were considered kind of personal information and are stored in .iws file, which is bad idea to share between developers. On the other hand I'd suggest installing IDETalk from Plugin Repository and use its 'Send code pointer feature'.
Well is still great that I can at least copy the .iws file (if/when needed) until I'll familiarize myself with the IDETalk plugin. Right now I was looking for a simple solution to get my bookmarks from one computer to another one.
