Problems with saving source folder settings in 'Project Structure'

Hi,

in lot's of my projects I have generated sources which I include as 'Source' in the 'Project Structure'. The problem is, that IntelliJ always forgets these settings and each time I open a project I have to make these settings again. IntelliJ just seems to forget the source folders.

Can anyone help me please?

Hello.

Is your project imported from Eclipse, Maven, or it's a regular IDEA project created from scratch?

Hello,

the project was created from maven, but also contains eclipse project and settings files. I deleted them and now it seems that intelliJ rememers the source folder settings.
