Build 3408 takes 100% processor load

I've 2 systems.
At work(3GH Pentium) 3408 is working normal.
At home (2GH Athlon) 3408 takes 100% processor load for every key typed.
I can't even go through my code with a cursor because of this behavior.
When i take my fingers away from the keyboard processor load goes back
to 0% suddenly.
